Tentative Agreement Ratified!

Flight Attendants have spoken with their vote and the 2025 Tentative Agreement Section 6 Contract Extension has been RATIFIED. The ratification vote closed at 10 AM HT today with 68.12% of eligible voters participating. Thank you for being engaged. Exercising your vote is using your voice. HA FA Contract Negotiations Begin In February

Next month we will begin contract negotiations on a new AFA-Hawaiian Flight Attendant Contract. These negotiations will be different from our past negotiating experiences because there are other simultaneous circumstances to be considered. Per the Merger Transition Protocol Agreement negotiations for the Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement (JCBA) will begin mid-March. Section 6 Notification Filed

Our Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with Hawaiian Airlines reached in 2020 has an amendable date of April 2, 2025. The CBA provides that either side may send a letter between 150 and 180 days prior to the amendable date seeking to commence bargaining. On October 16, 2024, the AFA International office sent the required notice to Hawaiian Airlines. With the merger of Alaska and Hawaiian approved, we will be entering into negotiations for a joint collective bargaining agreement within 180 days of the merger close specifically before March 17, 2025 [...]
